Subscription Development Terms of Service

These Subscription Development Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to any subscription plan for ongoing product support and development offered by My Next App LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Plan scope

Subscription plans provide a fixed amount of development time per business day as described on the subscription pricing page. The allocated time is reserved for the number of products included in the plan. Additional work beyond the plan scope may be quoted separately.

2. Communication tools

Client agrees to use our internal communication and task manager tools for all project-related discussion, task submission, and developer feedback. Using these tools is required so the developer can respond quickly and so work is tracked accurately. We are not responsible for delays caused by communication outside the provided tools.

3. Daily developer time

The developer will work only the number of hours per day included in the selected plan. Time is tracked and reported daily. The client can see how much time the developer worked each day through the client dashboard or another method we provide.

4. Rollover of unused time

Any unused development time in a business day is added to the next business day, up to the daily plan limit for that following day. Rollover time does not accumulate beyond one business day unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

5. Billing and renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan chosen. Annual plans are billed once for the full year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not generate refunds for the current billing period already paid, except where required by applicable law.

7. Fair use and acceptable use

The subscription must be used for legitimate product development and support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if we determine the service is being abused or used for unlawful purposes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of a subscription after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
